If a job has a registered agreement, the bonus does not apply. However, registered agreements are valid until terminated or replaced. The ANMF (Vic Branch) and Lifeblood agreed that nurses working in Lifeblood`s DonateLife department would move to a separate agreement working in donor services due to the significant difference in the nature of their work. The new DonateLife corporate agreement is being discussed with all stakeholders, including the Australian Red Cross, the Victorian Public Health Service, which employs two care coordinators for fundraising services, and the Victorian Ministry of Health.
